Quick Start Instructions

Getting Started Is Easy!
1.    Sign Up to Activate Your Account
Click here to access the NCP sign up form.

2.    Set Your Password
Secure your new portal with your preferred password. You will be sent an MFA code via email – use this to complete your log in.

3.    Complete Your Profile
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your profile setup – you will see that option on the top right menu bar.

4.    Review the Dashboard
On the top left-hand side, you will see the main menu. Take a look through the dashboard, tickets, contacts, invoices and more to get a feel for the new tool.
