September 28, 2022 – Ntiva, Inc., a leading provider of managed IT and security services, today announced the acquisition of MXOtech (or the “Company”), headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. This acquisition strengthens Ntiva's presence in the Midwest and adds unique skills and expertise that will benefit both Ntiva and MXOtech clients across the U.S.
