2026 Best Places to Work in Illinois

Ntiva is pleased to announce the award "Best Places to Work in Illinois" in 2026.

Chicago, IL., May 5, 2026 – Ntiva was recently named as one of the 2026 Best Workplaces in Illinois. The list of the Best Workplaces in Illinois was created by Illinois SHRM and Best Companies Group.

This survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in the state of Illinois, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

• Be a publicly or privately held business

• Be a for-profit, not-for-profit business or government entity

• Have a facility in the state of Illinois

• Have a minimum of 10 full-time or part-time employees working in Illinois

• Must be in business a minimum of one year

Companies from across Illinois entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Workplaces in Illinois. The evaluation was based on an employee engagement & satisfaction survey which measured the employee experience. The employee survey scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process and analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
