  • Licensing and Subscription: 
    • Assist in selecting the appropriate Microsoft 365 licensing and subscription plans based on your organization's needs and budget. 
    • Help with the procurement and activation of licenses. 
  • Deployment and Configuration:
    • Deploy Microsoft 365 applications and services across your organization.

    • Migrate existing email, documents, and data to Microsoft 365 if necessary. 
  • Data Migration and Integration

Service Assumptions 

  • Labor associated with normal operations will be billed to client’s service agreement. 
  • Enablement of additional Microsoft 365 services must be provisioned via a project through Ntiva’s normal service workflow. 
  • The client is responsible for obtaining Microsoft 365 Subscription(s) directly from Microsoft or through Ntiva Microsoft 365 distributor. 
  • Client is responsible for all charges related to Microsoft 365 Licensing 
  • Ntiva will have an Global Admin account created for support purposes  
  • Client is responsible for any Microsoft 365 licenses required for Ntiva admin account(s) to support deployed Microsoft 365 Solutions 
  • Ntiva will be provided Delegated Admin Partner (DAP) and Granular Delegated Admin Partner (GDAP) access  
  • Ntiva’s Microsoft 365 Support will follow three guidelines 
  • Accessibility  
  • Ntiva will provide authentication support for all Microsoft 365 services. 
  • Basic Functionality 
  • Basic functionality support for Microsoft 365 would include essential features and capabilities that are necessary for users to perform their core tasks in a productivity suite or software bundle provided by Microsoft. This could include features such as move, add, delete and changes to accounts; creating, editing, and saving documents, spreadsheets, and presentations; managing email, contacts, and calendars; collaborating and sharing files with others; accessing cloud storage; and basic troubleshooting and technical support for any issues related to these fundamental functions. Anything beyond Basic functionality will be considered Advance Support. 
  • Advance Support/Re-design request 
  • Evaluation will need to be made on the complexity of the change request.  Based on complexity additional services will need to be quoted and or designed.
