McLean, VA — February 16, 2026 — Ntiva, a leading managed service provider (MSP), today announced the appointment of Mike Evans as Chief Operating Officer, effective January 26, 2026. Evans will oversee client experience and service delivery across the organization, with a focus on client satisfaction, employee engagement, operational scale, and delivering technology as a sustained competitive advantage for clients.
Evans will report directly to Ntiva Founder and CEO Steven Freidkin and serve as a member of the company’s senior leadership team.

Evans brings more than 30 years of experience building, stabilizing, and scaling IT services organizations. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Syntax, a global ERP cloud and managed services provider. He directly led a team of more than 1,000 professionals, integrated multiple acquisitions, and drove meaningful improvements in client retention and operational performance.
Earlier in his career, Evans worked across the full spectrum of IT services, from end-user support and data center deployments to complex project delivery and enterprise-scale service operations leadership. A United States Marine Corps veteran, he is known for a disciplined, hands-on leadership style grounded in accountability, service, and execution.
