Ntiva appoints Chris Fridley as COO to help guide Ntiva to next growth stage.

McLean, Virginia – June 1, 2017 – Ntiva, Inc. today announced that Chris Fridley has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over twenty years of extensive operational, product and technology expertise to help guide Ntiva to its next growth stage. Ntiva, a Managed IT and Cloud Services provider, has grown rapidly and now has over 125 employees dedicated to helping commercial and non-profit clients use technology to grow their business.

Effective immediately, Fridley will assume responsibility for the company’s engineering, operations and services organizations. He will focus on continuing to build a strong, customer-focused organization, while increasing efficiency across all aspects of operations by implementing industry proven processes and driving proficiency through automation.

Prior to joining Ntiva, Fridley was with mindSHIFT technologies, a global IT managed services organization where he served as Vice President of Network Operations. Fridley earned a BA in English and Political Science from the University of Mary Washington.
