N Assist is a service we provide to our clients for secure screen sharing utility. N Assist extends the boundaries of traditional screen sharing by enabling non-technical users to get connected from anywhere on the Internet in seconds without changing any firewall or router settings.

Is N Assist Secure?

Security is built into all aspects of N Assist. Session data is encrypted at the end-points before being sent using a 128-bit encryption algorithm using a randomly generated 12-digit access code. The client must download and install the software for the connection to be made, and after the session is over the software automatically uninstalls itself to prevent the ability to reconnect.
