Jewish Foundation for Group Homes

A recent community involvement initiative for a $5,000 donation of time and materials for the JFGH is underway. We will be providing 2 group homes with a computer systems and wireless networking to help the residents learn vocational skills and improve their way of life.
This principle is aligned with our mission statement – we want to grow ourselves, our company, our clients, AND our community.
JFGH is a non-sectarian, 501(c)(3) dedicated to enhancing the independence, dignity, choice, and community inclusion of adults with disabilities. Since 1982, the agency’s residential program has grown to provide care and support to more than 175 individuals in over 65 sites in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. In 2008, JFGH launched the MOST (Meaningful Opportunities for Successful Transitions) program, a one year transitional day program with the goal of helping individuals make a successful transition into appropriate employment, vocational or day programs.
