Ntiva is accepting applications for a IT Helpdesk Technician to support our continued growth. You will be responsible for day-to-day support of end-users; troubleshooting end user software/hardware issues; ensure basic connectivity and LAN management.

Position Responsibilities
• Provide first tier technical support. • Problem management: installations, setups, error messages, application use, minimal server work. • Communicate and document technological solutions. • Teaches user by answering questions, interpreting operating instructions, providing references. • Determines source of error by reviewing procedures and actions taken by user. • Instructing user to perform diagnostic procedures. • Resolve problems by issuing corrective instructions and consulting with coworkers/vendors. • Improves programs by making recommendations.

• Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of customers individual needs. • The ability and drive to work in a highly visible, fast paced environment, with minimal supervision and major responsibility. • Utilize leadership skills. • Ability to work as a team. • Flexible schedule. Experience, Education, and Certification Requirements:
• 2 + years of related IT helpdesk support • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating System • Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange • Microsoft Server Operating System- Exchange, SQL • Basic IP addressing, DNS and DHCP • Understanding of TCP/IP • Desktop PC applications and Windows Network Applications • Microsoft Dynamics RMS and Navision (A Plus - Not A Requirement) • Microsoft Great Plains (A Plus - Not A Requirement) • Citrix (A Plus - Not A Requirement) • Wine Club Manager (A Plus - Not A Requirement) • MCP (A Plus - Not A Requirement) • MCSE (A Plus - Not A Requirement) • A+ (A Plus - Not A Requirement) Note: The following exceptions to take place of minimum education requirements will be considered and determined by Ntiva, Inc.: experience; skills; training; certification; quality of experience; national recognition; exceptional Grade Point Average.
