Ntiva Inc is currently accepting applications for a Customer Care Representative.  If you are a highly motivated individual with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and technicians and posses some IT knowledge, this position at Ntiva will be a great opportunity for you! The Customer Care Representative will be the primary point of contact for Ntiva Inc clients to make sure their needs are met.

Position Responsibilities

  • Receiving incoming calls from clients about IT issues that need resolution
  • Creating new tickets in  ticketing system for client issues to be resolved
  • Assigning tickets to technicians for completion
  • Tracking and Managing ticket flow in ticketing system to ensure tickets have been completed and follow up with technicians to ensure issues are solved
  • Communicating with clients regarding status of their issues, schedule technicians for onsite visits and informing Ntiva Inc. clients of new products and services
  • Maintaining and update all client documentation/records
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers
  • Positive, upbeat attitude
  • Ability to positively adapt to change in a highly dynamic work environment
  • High level of dependability
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities using effective organizational and time-management skills
  • Decent understanding of IT related terminology
  • Ability to translate technical language to language a non-technical client would understand

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of communication techniques
  • Experience with IT and/or customer service
  • Familiarity with technology specifically for network/system services
  • Bachelors Degree in related field
